It's the usual small print - sorry, but we're obliged to put this stuff in by law.  Actually this is interesting stuff and you should read it so you know what to expect from us.

Orders

We will acknowledge all orders immediately via email and also confirm payment has been received.  Our aim is to send your order out within 48 hours of receipt of payment and we will inform you by email when it has been dispatched.  We will also inform you of any undue delay in meeting your order and may offer you the option to cancel and receive a full refund.

Description of Goods

As Jag Bags are hand made and, in the case of the coloured ones, hand dyed too there will be slight variations in the colours shown on the website and the actual item itself.

Washing instructions are included with each Jag Bag but it's worth putting a reminder in here that for the first few washes, the coloured liners will bleed a little dye so please wash them seperately - unless of course you like oddly coloured clothes.
