At 11 inches wider than the normal Deluxe, the Extra Wide is designed for those who want more width to their liner.  The Deluxe Extra Wide is ideal if you want extra room to move about  or are a restless sleeper

It also has the versatile Pillow Slot where you put a pillow (obviously!) or stash valuables while you sleep.  And, if things are desperate, you can put your head into it for extra warmth or as protection from mossies.

The Flap is handy for making sure your shoulders are fully covered.
