Way back in the mists of time, we were approached by a customer who asked if we could make him a JagBag liner for a DOUBLE sized mummy sleeping bag. We'd never been asked for such a thing before - or since.
Still, our seamstresses are always up for a challenge and they said they could make one even if it was going to be a bit tricky cutting the correct shape out of a roll of silk. They produced a double sized JagBag which looks almost like two normal mummy liners sewn together.
That's how the double looks but there's a bit more to it than that - there are two distinct mummy shapes for sure but they aren't connected down the middle as you might expect, the space is open and you can be in physical contact with the person you are sharing the double liner with.
If you are one of the small number of people who buy or use a double or twin mummy sleeping bag, then this is the liner for you!
This JagBag was a nightmare to photograph - it is so big we couldn't fully lay it out anywhere to take a picture. We normally photograph JagBags from above so that the whole thing appears in shot - we would have had to go up about 5 metres to capture all of this one!
Mummy JagBag liner folds down to a rather large 28 x 26 x 8cm and is contained in a big, matching silk stuff sack.
This JagBag is a big item and it's made of LOTS of silk. If you don't use it as a liner it will probably be just fine as a sail!
And the man who originally ordered it? Never heard from him again.
Our price for this truly unique JagBag is £75.00 plus p+p.
First Class postage within the UK is £5.00. Postage outside the UK will be calculated at checkout.
