Delivery and Postage
Goods will be sent out to UK addresses by Royal Mail 1st Class, 1st Class Recorded or Special Delivery depending on value of the order. The applicable rate of postage will be shown on the Shopping Basket. High value items will be priced individually and the details shown on the appropriate product page. Delivery to countries outside the EU will be priced individually on request.
Cancellation, Refund and Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 customers have the unconditional right to cancel their contract within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Notice of cancellation should be given in writing. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract. The goods should be returned to us unused and in saleable condition together with the original labels. On receipt we will refund the purchase price and original postage cost. Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the return postage to us and for ensuring you keep adequate proof of return postage.
If, within 21 days of delivery, you decide that the product is unsuitable we will take it back and offer a no questions asked refund provided it's returned to us unused and in its original packaging.
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit we will of course offer to replace the damaged item. You must return the damaged item to us and we will issue a replacement plus a refund of postage on receipt.
goods are by their very nature made to be used and sometimes will be
given a hard life. With this in mind we can't give an unconditional
gaurantee but if you feel that anything you buy from us gives up the
ghost prematurely within 12 months of you buying it from us, let us
know and we'll see what we can do to recompense you. Obviously we'll
take into account fair wear and tear in all such claims.
