We will acknowledge all orders immediately via email. Once payment is received, we'll send another email advising that your order has been accepted and at that point a contract a legally binding contract exists between us. We will send another email advising when your goods are dispatched. While we aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment sometimes it might take a bit longer. If there's going to be a delay of 36 hours or more then we'll contact you and explain what's happening.

Should we have insufficient stock of the item ordered, we will contact you by e-mail and give you the option of either waiting until we have the required item(s) in stock, choosing a replacement item or cancelling the order and receiving a full refund.


Description of Goods

All of the Jag Bags are hand made and, in the case of the coloured ones, hand dyed too. As a consequence there may be slight variations in the colours shown on the website and the actual item itself.

Washing instructions are included with each Jag Bag but it's worth putting a reminder in here that for the first few washes, the coloured liners will bleed dye so please wash them seperately - unless of course you like oddly coloured clothes.
